As a consultant and Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME), Dr. Gallagher provides evaluations for applicants in workers’ compensation cases with claims related to the brain, cognitive functions, and/or psyche.

For those who already qualify for disability benefits but have additional labor-disabling pre-existing conditions, Dr. Gallagher provides SIBTF evaluations for a full range of developmental and cognitive concerns.

Dr. Gallagher provides comprehensive cognitive and psychological evaluations as an expert for both plaintiffs and defense in civil litigation for personal injury claims. This service is provided for individuals across the lifespan, from children to older adults.

Our comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents involve the assessment of both cognition and academic achievement. This means that in addition to gaining knowledge about your child’s intellectual functioning and abilities in different areas of thinking, you’ll also gain insights into their academic skills in the foundational areas of reading, writing, and arithmetic.

If you have concerns about your child’s behaviors and are seeking a diagnostic evaluation for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), we can provide a comprehensive evaluation utilizing the gold standard of assessments in the field.

We also work with school districts to provide psychoeducational evaluations for parents seeking an Independent Educational Program (IEP) for their child.
