Lifespan Clinical Neuropsychologist
Dr. Gallagher is a licensed psychologist in the state of California (PSY 31739) practicing in the Los Angeles area. After earning his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University in 2018, he went on to complete a postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. His clinical work focuses on neuropsychological assessment across the lifespan, from workers’ compensation and SIBTF evaluations for adults to educational and developmental evaluations for children and adolescents.

In addition to comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, Dr. Gallagher also provides services as a consultant and speaker. He offers talks on topics within both pediatric neuropsychology and adult neuropsychology, including areas of Workers’ Compensation and civil cases. He has presented at various law firms, schools, universities, and both national and international conferences in neuropsychology and law.
